Columbus is rolling out a new Employer Resource Network (ERN) called THRIVE, aiming to help local companies keep employees happy and on the job by embedding success coaches in the workplace.
These coaches tackle real-life issues—think childcare, transportation, and food insecurity—so employees can focus on work instead of worrying about life’s curveballs.
Marion Matters, an established ERN in Marion, Ohio, has already shown how powerful this support can be: its success coaches have helped employees access resources, reduce turnover, and even inspired changes like expanded public transit hours and new child care training programs.
