Meet the Success Coaches
Amanda Grubb joined Marion Matters in 2025 as a Success Coach for the Employer Resources Network. She has a background in management. She has a passion for helping find solutions to situations that seem hopeless. She is excited to help people reach their goals and find their passion.
Chelsea Dingus joined Marion Matters in 2025. She has been in the non profit sector for 4 years, she is a U.S. Army veteran, a Certified Peer Supporter, and a big believer in connecting, collaborating and community.
Nolan Hensel joined Marion Matters in 2024 as a Success Coach for the Employer Resources Network. He has come on part time to expand the reach of the ERN into Crawford County while also serving as the new Director of Leapin Outreach Center. He is very excited to walk alongside people in their journeys of restoration.
