Meet the Success Coaches

Amanda Grubb joined Marion Matters in 2025 as a Coordinator for the Employer Resources Network. She has a background in management. She has a passion for helping find solutions to situations that seem hopeless. She is excited to help people reach their goals and find their passion.

Chelsea Dingus joined Marion Matters in 2025. She has been in the non profit sector for 4 years, she is a U.S. Army veteran, a Certified Peer Supporter, and a big believer in connecting, collaborating and community.

Janelle Mendiola graduated from North Central State College in 2016 with an Associate’s Degree in Health Services Technology. For the last several years, she has been working with a nonprofit organization, where she is dedicated to supporting individuals and strengthening the community. She is passionate about helping others succeed and empowering people to reach their full potential.
