Meet the Success Coaches
Corey McDuffie joined Marion Matters in 2022 as the second Success Coach for the Employer Resource Network. He currently works in five of the nine businesses who contract with the program. Corey is passionate about assisting those in need and helping them overcome the obstacles that stand before them.


Courtney Hanik joined Marion Matters in 2023 as a Success Coach for the Employer Resources Network and Student Resource Navigator for Marion Technical College. As a 16-year veteran of the U.S. Army, she has a passion for serving the community.
Nolan Hensel joined Marion Matters in 2024 as a Success Coach for the Employer Resources Network. He has come on part time to expand the reach of the ERN into Crawford County while also serving as the new Director of Leapin Outreach Center. He is very excited to walk alongside people in their journeys of restoration.
