Success Coaches worked on-site with 544 employees across a collective workforce of 4,822, resolving 1,070 real-life barriers ranging from transportation and housing to financial stress and childcare. The outcome: a 588% return on investment for participating employers, $40,017 in direct resources delivered to employees and their families, and stronger, more stable workplaces across the region.
