Sherry Jones
Community Resource Navigator
Sherry Jones connected with Marion Matters through the Getting Ahead class during the fall of 2021. After graduation she was given an opportunity in the spring of 2022 to co-facilitate the Getting Ahead class, then going on to be certified to facilitate while also working with Goodwill Industries as a youth job coach through the summers of 2022-2023.
Sherry received a Bachelor’s Degree in Science and Criminal Justice with Human Service in 2023 and has currently excepted a position as Community Resource Navigator at Marion Matters.
Sherry has nine children and sixteen grandchildren, she enjoys making arts and crafts for gifts of encouragement for others, cooking, singing, writing poetry, and above all, she has a passion for serving her community.
