Colleen Bingaman is an Associate Vice President of Operations at OhioHealth Marion General with more than 20 years of leadership experience across retail and healthcare operations. Her career includes frontline, operational, and executive roles, shaping a people-centered leadership approach grounded in practical experience and an understanding of workforce challenges.
Colleen’s commitment to serving the community is rooted in her more than 30 years of involvement with 4-H, where she has been an active volunteer and supporter. That experience has shaped her belief in service, opportunity, and the importance of investing in people and communities over the long term.
