I was born and raised in Monterey, CA and relocated to Marion in 2012 after meeting my husband, Justin, at my cousin’s wedding here in Marion. Together we have two sons, Nicholas (6) and Jackson (3) and reside in Caledonia. My father and his extended family are from Marion, and I have visited Marion throughout my entire childhood. In 2020, I began working at Graphic Packaging International in Human Resources.

I am currently a sitting board member for the United Way of North Central Ohio and am involved in several local business advisory groups as well as career connections programs with many of the local schools in Marion County. My grandmother, Catherine Ferguson, is my inspiration for volunteer work and community engagement. She inspired me to get involved with our close-knit community and I hope to carry on her legacy, passion, and dedication to Marion.  She was the first female member accepted into the Marion Rotary Club in 1987 serving as the secretary preceding my great grandfather.  She was also very involved in the Marion Library, serving as President and board member for 11 years. My passion is helping others reach their goals, which is why I decided to join the board at Marion Matters.
