John Shank
Ex-Officio
John Shank is a lifelong resident of Marion, Ohio. He spent 23 years in the Marion City Schools as an Elementary Teacher, Coach, Principal, and Director of Professional Development.
After his tenure in the Marion City, John joined the staff at TRECA (Tri-Rivers Educational Computer Association) where he served as a Professional Development Consultant, Director of Support Services, and Chief of Staff.
John has helped facilitate the development of Strategic Plans for several nonprofit organizations in Marion.
Currently John serves on the MARCA, Marion Matters and Center Street Community Health Center Boards, and helps with the facilitation of the Marion Chamber of Commerce Leadership Institute.
John enjoys consulting with learning organizations, playing pickleball, and spending time with his family and wonderful grandchildren.
